My eldest, Mia, has an undying love of teddies that fills her bed, making bed-making a constant task! However, it’s wonderful that Mia finds comfort and joy from them; in particular two main ones were given by Aunt Trina when she first arrived as my nephew at two years old; these have both become an integral part of Mia’s bed time routine and cannot sleep without them there!
The large teddy has to sit in her designated spot in the corner of her bed, reminding me so much of myself as a child. Like this large teddy, when I was young I used to need at least one teddy in each corner of my bed in order to feel at home and sleep comfortably. While I never had one specific favorite teddy like I used to as an adult (other than one certain dog teddy I adored and can no longer locate), but did have one particular doll which I became obsessed with (which I gave away to my daughters who don’t appreciate as much), but nonetheless seeing my own children playing with it is nice seeing their kids enjoying herself playing with it sometimes!
Mia counts her two favorite teddies as her friends and is protective of both. It is lovely to witness how comforted Elliw was by her blankey; for Freddie however, there hasn’t been one such security item as yet although he does enjoy his baby doll that he received for Christmas and often plays with it.
Disney recently unveiled a stunning Snuggletime Winnie The Pooh Plus Range that’s absolutely beautiful. I have always adored Winnie The Pooh – surely he must be one of the cutest little bears? From this adorable range, I was given two plushes featuring Winnie and Tiger from this range; Eeyore too is extremely adorable and definitely among my favourite characters from this brand new line-up of plushes, all available in small, medium, and large sizes – we received medium size plushes which stand 12″
